REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on tickets for past events; group tickets; tickets purchased by – or from – authorized or unauthorized resellers; tickets that were transferred or re-sold; tickets that have been lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed; tickets claimed to be “not delivered;” gift certificates; merchandise items; fees; donations; memberships; subscriptions; or passes.

When we accept exchanges, we reserve the right to charge fees. If you cannot attend, you may change the date or choose a different play for a fee of $5 per ticket by calling the box office at 732.229.3166. Subscribers enjoy free ticket exchanges as part of their subscription.

EVENT INFORMATION & ADMISSION

Please arrive at the theater at least 15 minutes prior to show time. Events begin promptly at the published start time. For most events, we open venue doors 30 minutes prior to the published start time. If you arrive late, you may be admitted into the venue only at a pre-determined late-seating break and directed to a pre-determined seating location. For some events, we do not allow any late seating and latecomers will be denied entry.

Each ticket admits one. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person that will not comply with our safety protocols, or for violation of the law, including disorderly conduct. NJRep is dedicated to dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants and community members in any form. Any person or persons violating these rules may be expelled from the event, without a refund, at the discretion of the organizers.

The use of devices for recording, photographing, videoing or transmitting without permission by the artists and NJRep is strictly prohibited. If you would like to request permission to record, photograph or video any of our performances, please email marketing@njrep.org with your request.

Event dates, times, artists, programs and prices are subject to change without notice.

CREDIT CARD SALES

If you pay with credit card, your order is subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. Changes will be reflected here and will apply prospectively. You are encouraged to review the statement when you order tickets or attend an event.
